DENVER, Colo., September 2, 2010– FMI deepens its disciplinary strength in mergers and acquisitions services, private capital placements and financial advisory services for engineering clients with the addition of Michael Landry, MBA, senior associate of engineering, as well as several key new staff. Landry comes to FMI from CH2M Hill, where he served as vice president of finance. He previously served as vice president and head of mergers and acquisitions for The Shaw Group. Augmenting the team is analyst Scott Schwartzkopf, who worked for Madison Capital Management prior to joining FMI.
Rick Dutmer, MBA, director, FMI, has worked within the construction industry since 1988, and will be bringing his long-term experience as a strategic advisor to general contractors, subcontractors, architects and engineers to the Investment Banking team in a new role. A sought-after speaker, Dutmer has worked with the AGC, ABC, NECA and many other national and international organizations, is a committee member with the Beavers organization, and an active member of FMI’s Low Bidders group.
